Ingredients

  • 4 large tortillas
  • ½ lb of small precooked shrimps
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice
  • 1 avocado, sliced in cubes
  • 60 ml of red onion, thinly chopped
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 4 leaf of lettuce Boston
  • 2 tablespoon of coriander, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, au goût

Preparation

  • Mix the shrimps with the lime juice and let it rest for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Add the avocado, onion, tomatoes and coriander. Add salt and pepper au gout.
  • Heat the tortillas in a non-greased pan over medium heat until they are soft. Around 15 seconds per side.
  • Spread a leaf of lettuce on each tortilla and spread the mix in the center of each one. Fold the extremities and then, roll the tortilla tightly. Serve immediately.
