Ingredients

  • 250 ml of olive oil
  • 125 ml of balsamic vinegar
  • 60 ml of maple syrup
  • Leafs of fresh basil
  • Pint of alfalfa
  • Salt and pepper au gout
  • 36 grape tomatoes sliced in half
  • 200 g of bocconcini (format au choix)

Preparation

  • Mix the olive oil, the balsamic vinegar and the maple syrup. Add salt and pepper.
  • In a bowl, mix the grape tomatoes and the bocconcini and pour the vinaigrette.
  • Serve in the mason jar and garnish with fresh basil and alfalfa.
