Ingredients

  • 18 Tomatoes on the vine
  • 250 g of ricotta
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 125 ml of onion, thinly chopped
  • 125 ml of fresh coriander
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Chop the tomatoes in half, and empty them.
  • Sauté in the pan the onions and garlic in olive oil. Add coriander and aside in a bowl.
  • Add the ricotta and season with salt and pepper.
  • Stuffed tomatoes.
  • Put in the fridge before serving.
